Lessons are taught online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

What we'll work on

Every student has different goals, so every lesson is different. Depending on what you'd like to achieve, we can focus on:

  • Beginner Japanese

  • Travel Japanese

  • JLPT preparation

  • Conversation practice

  • Grammar and vocabulary

  • Reading, listening and speaking skills

Lessons can follow a textbook, be conversation-focused, or combine both approaches to suit your learning style.

I know from experience that learning Japanese can be challenging - and it should also be enjoyable.

Having studied Japanese to JLPT N1 level and lived in Japan for four years, I understand both the challenges and the rewards of learning the language. My aim is to create lessons that are friendly, encouraging and well structured, helping you build confidence step by step.

Availability

One-to-one lessons are available:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00am-5:00pm (UK time)
